This season, 11 teams participated in the business competition. A total of 10 matches were played on the third Tuesday of the month, from October through June. The competition was a great success, with a lively atmosphere and a convivial atmosphere, culminating in the final evening and award ceremonies on Tuesday, June 17th.
After the last round, the final scores and winners were announced while enjoying various cold and hot snacks.
Pool B was exciting until the very end. Both Camperplaats Stiphout and PPA still had a chance at the title. Camperplaats Stiphout started the final round with 30 points and was two points ahead of PPA. The former played against Bankai B2B Software & Strategie and recorded a 3-2 victory. However, PPA won 5-0 against Manders 2, meaning the two teams finished in a draw. The head-to-head results were also completely equal: Camperplaats Stiphout had once won 3-2 against PPA, and vice versa. In short: a shared first place!
Pool A was also exciting, especially as the top two teams faced each other in the final match. Promeco led Buro Zondag by three points going into the final round and knew two points would be enough to secure victory. And they secured those points, ensuring Promeco took home the title and the trophy.
This time no individual prizes were awarded, but it is worth noting that in pool A Mick van Hoof lost 1 match and in pool B Anne Brouwers even remained undefeated!
Unfortunately, there was also a sad low point. With the passing of Willem Linders, owner of team sponsor Indonesia Travel and a player himself, we lost a remarkable figure who was associated with the business competition for many years. Despite his passing, Indonesia Travel will continue as a team!

We hope/expect all teams to participate again next season. One new team has already signed up, so we hope to have a total of 12 teams. This means plenty of sportsmanship and fun at Stiphouse every third Tuesday of the month.
But the more the merrier! We can definitely accommodate 16 teams in this competition. So if you and, for example, a colleague, want to participate: find a sponsor (perhaps the company where you work) and register with Will (willwasser64@gmail.com) or Frenklin (pr@ttvstiphout.nl). The new competition will normally start from starts on Tuesday, September 16th.
